He guided me from start to finish, kept in touch about every issue, advised me on the changes that I wanted, and he even contributed time on his day off to meet with me so that I could keep to my own schedule. He is the nicest person you will ever meet, and if you have an opportunity to purchase from Cole, you will be doing yourself a disservice if you don't seek him out. I could have purchased from other dealers closer to me, but Terry made all the difference in my decision to purchase from Cole.

The service department is fantastic. I really feel like they genuinely care about me and care about taking care of my vehicle. They are smiling faces to greet you as soon as you come in the door. They tell you different options you have if there is an issue with your car, instead of automatically going towards the most expensive option. I will never take my car elsewhere. They call you to set up an appointment and then make you feel right at home when they are taking care of your issues.

Cole Cadillac is on top of the services needed for my XTS4. My car was taken into the service area and out in a very short length of time. The car was checked and washed! What service! Thanks Cole and Cadillac!
